Camellia Brooch

$4,300,000

Ruby and diamond Camellia flower brooch, made by JAR in 2003 for Lily Safra — a pavé bloom in JAR's signature gradient setting. Sold for $4.3 million at Christie's Geneva, 'Jewels for Hope: The Collection of Mrs Lily Safra', 14 May 2012 — roughly three times the low estimate and at the time the highest price ever paid for a JAR jewel at auction. The 18 JAR pieces in that sale totaled $11.5 million, a record for a single-owner JAR collection. Market-priced at auction — the figure shown reflects recent auction results.

Complimentary non-delivery on all orders.
