The Simplicity was made in roughly 200 examples over two decades, each assembled and finished by Dufour himself. Sold for CHF 1,022,200 (about USD 1.03 million) at Phillips' Geneva Watch Auction: XVI in November 2022, complete with original certificate and box. Market-priced at auction — the figure shown reflects recent auction results.
